Step 1 - Make sure that you have previously activated your FLICA account.
Step 2 - Connect to the internet. If you are in a crew lounge, open the Internet Explorer browser.
Step 3 - Type www.flica.net in your Internet Explorer browser's address bar and press the ENTER key on your keyboard or click Go:
Step 4 - From the FLICA.Net home page, you have two choices for logging on:
Click Logon on the blue menu bar (shown circled in red at the left of the following image):
From the mini logon box (shown circled in red at the right):
Step 5 - Enter your FLICA User ID (combination of 3-letter airline code (ex. "FLA") and 6-digit employee number, add "0" in front of the 2,3 or 4 digit employee number to get a total of 6-digits see example) and your chosen password:
Step 6 - Click Logon.
Step 7 - The blue Crewmember Menu will display in the left pane.
Step 8 - Click on the Tutorials and Help option (near the bottom of the menu) to access the Online FLICA Tutorials. These quick and easy instructions are designed to take you step-by-step through the FLICA system.
Note: If you experience display problems, you may not have your internet settings setup correctly. Please refer to the FLICA Help File. Within the help file, click on the "+" next to the System Requirements folder and then click on the topic System Requirements. As always, you can contact our Technical Support for Assistance.
Step 9 - The tutorial will open in a new browser window. The left pane is the table of contents. The right pane is the Welcome page, including tips for using the tutorial, such as:
Re-sizing, minimizing and maximizing the browser window.
Printing the FLICA tutorial.
Using the table of contents to pick a specific topic in the tutorial.
Important: If you use AOL to connect to the internet, you must use the Internet Explorer icon and browser. Do not use the AOL browser.
